How to register as a retailer
Click "Login" in the upper left corner, then click "I want to sign up as a new customer". Remember to choose customer type "company", then just fill in your information.
Before you can see the wholesale pieces and prices we have to confirm you as a retailer - we will send you an e-mail when this is done. After that; happy shopping!

How to order pieces not featured online
Our stock is large and far from every piece is featured online. If you can't find anything you like on the wholesale page or you just want to complement your order you are welcome to our stock. However, you may not choose from the jewellery from the private individual site! So, if you want to buy pieces that are not online just send an e-mail to Oda (info(@)sagensweden.com) and describe the style you want (ex: English, graphic, romantic, etc etc) and she will pick out pieces for you. If the pieces aren't to your liking then you are welcome to send it back and we will exchange it.

Minimum Order
Your first order must be at least 4000 SEK (£ 380/€ 440).

Best Sellers
All our pieces are so different and unique, so we don't really have a best seller. We suggest you buy the pieces that you like the best!

Production period
From start to finish it takes about 2-4 months for the jewellery to be completed, please consider this if you want customized jewellery. Please e-mail us if this is something that interest you, we love new ideas!

Deliveries
For shipments abroad (outside Sweden) it takes about 2-4 weeks after payment is received. Deliveries in Sweden should arrive in 1-2 weeks. When your transaction has gone through the order will be delivered with an agreed upon courier.

Payment Policies
30 days payment.

Packaging
The porcelain jewellery comes in black gift boxes, three different sizes depending on the item. The button pieces do not come in boxes.
