Shopping directly at sagensweden.com allows you to pick the best and most unique pieces.  We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. When you receive your package you can try the piece on in the privacy of your own home and we have a 14-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund.  The jewellery must not have been used and make sure to return the jewellery and package with order number, product name and price. Please contact us before you return the jewellery.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.  Sägen will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.

Once your order is placed

Once your order has been placed, it will usually be fulfilled within 5 business days at our office in Malmö Sweden. Shipping takes between 1 and 14 days depending on where in the world you are located.

General Terms & Conditions

These terms regulates all users of Sagensweden.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Sägenand visits to Sagensweden.com. Sägen reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping yourself updated with such changes.

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Sägen web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.

Colors, size and shape

We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor. Since all pieces are handmade, the size and placement of the pattern can vary slightly from the picture, but we try our very best to match your expectations. Also we believe that our customers appreciate the feeling and charm of handmade items.
